By Comparison...

...my kids look nothing like me!  They are however, splitting images of their father at the same age - so I know they are ours :-)

Here are some pictures for comparison.

A Weekend At Nana & Pop's

We headed to Mum and Dad's for me to do the annual preg-test and for the kids to catch up with their cousins and of course Nana and Pop.  Grace had been counting down the days until Heidi came to stay and was super excited when we arrived with her first words being "Hey Chloe, did you bring the Thermomix so we can make playdough?" Unfortunately for Grace the Thermie stayed home, but I think they found plenty to amuse themselves over the three days.

There was some butterfly catching with Pop,

some horse whispering with Nana ;-),

some monkey business in the yards,

a rollerblading lesson from Pop,

and a little resting with Lachlan.

A lovely weekend was had by all and these two were absolutely plum-tuckered out!

Down At The Yards

Lately the kids and I have been enjoying watching fat cattle pass the garden on their way to market.  From the swings we wave and wish them well on their journey as Heidi encourages Euey (our truck driver) to honk his horn to which she replies "all aboard".

We have also been spending a bit of time at the yards helping Daddy chase the cows...

...whether it be kicking back,

or taking a nap, we all have an important role to play.

We have been fat scanning anything and everything that stands still long enough! With very pleasing results.

Although things are drying off here fairly well...

...the fat cattle are still rolling out.

So "get back to work Dad" it's not smoko time yet!
